Help your athletes fuel their performance.

Your athletes already log their meals in UPlate. The Sports Dashboard turns those logs into a roster you can read in ten seconds, ordered so the athletes who need you are always at the top.

Boilermaker Wrestling 10 athletes
Sorted by who needs you first
Marcus Ellison 24% under calorie goal the last few days Off track
Devin Alvarez 15% over calorie goal the last few days Attention
Tyler Nakamura Hasn’t logged in 3 days Not logging
Andre Whitfield Hasn’t logged any meals yet Not logging
Sam Okonkwo Right at calorie goal this week On track
Eli Brennan 6% under calorie goal this week On track

Logging has to be easy enough to stick with.

An athlete who has to search a food database twice a day stops logging by week three. UPlate is built around campus, so there are four ways in and none of them involve guessing at nutrition information.

Dining halls

Today’s real menu, pulled from campus dining.

Local restaurants

Partner menus near campus, already broken down.

Barcodes

Anything packaged, scanned in one tap.

Meal photos

A picture of the plate, for everything else.

Which means you spend less time reminding athletes to log, and more time coaching.

A distance runner and a heavyweight do not eat the same.

When an athlete joins, UPlate sets calorie and macro targets from their body weight, activity level, and whether they are cutting, maintaining, or putting on size. They can adjust any value, and you see the target they are actually working against, not a number you assumed.

Every status on your roster is measured against that athlete’s own goal. “On track” means on track for them.

Open an athlete and see the whole picture.

Tap a name on the roster and you get everything behind that status: why they were flagged, today’s macros against their own targets, every meal they logged, and where their weight is heading.

Not just calories. Expand any meal for the full breakdown, including fiber, sugar, sodium and iron, the dietary tags it clears, and what was actually in it. Switch the log between today, the week, and the whole season.

Weight trends are more than a number.

This is the part coaches keep coming back to. Instead of “she is losing weight,” UPlate reads the last few weeks of weigh-ins and projects when they reach their goal at the current rate. Early enough in a season, that is still a number you can do something about.

Your roster is live in about five minutes.

There is no athlete data to import and no spreadsheet to maintain. If your athletes are on UPlate, they are one link away from your roster.

1

Create your team

Name it and you are done. Assistant coaches can be added to the same team, so everyone on staff sees the same roster.

2

Share the invite link

You get one link for the team. Drop it in the group chat. Opening it on a phone signs an athlete into UPlate and creates an account if they do not have one yet.

3

Athletes appear as they join

They keep using the same app they already log meals and weight in. Nothing about their routine changes, and you can regenerate the link any time it needs to stop working.

Your athletes get the whole toolkit.

Every athlete on your roster gets the full set of tools at no cost. That matters to your data as much as theirs: snapping a photo and planning the week ahead are what keep athletes logging past week three, and a roster only tells you something if people are still using it.

What you get out of it.

Know who is eating and who quietly stopped

Catch a cut going wrong before weigh-ins

Point athletes at better dining hall choices

Track habits across a full season, not a week

Give staff and assistants the same view

Settle “I ate enough” with actual numbers

We are onboarding teams a few at a time.

The dashboard is running with a small group of teams while we work out what coaches actually need from it. Tell us about yours and we will set you up and stay close while you use it. Free for pilot teams.

We usually reply within a few days.
